Griddle Frying
Put the contents into a non-stick pan without adding any fat. Fry on medium heat. Turn over with the help of a plate or lid andfry until golden brown.
Rösti ohne Zugabe von Öl oder Fett in einer beschichteten Bratpfanne gleichmässig verteilen und bei mittlerer Hitze leicht anbraten. Danach mit Hilfe eines Tellers wenden und bei mittlerer Hitze goldbraun braten. Zwischendurch die Rösti etwas festdrücken. Zubereitungsdauer ca. 15 Minuten.
