Useful tips Preparation:

Put the Rösti in a coated pan and loosen up. Fry over medium heat for about 7-8 minutes until golden brown. Press the hash browns firmly in between times. Turn the Rösti fried on one side using a plate or pan lid, slide back into the pan and fry until golden on the second side. Preparation time: approx. 12-15 minutes.
