Fondue Swiss-Style Tradition

Preparation for 2 portions: Rub the fondue pot with a clove of garlic and pour in the half and half fondue. Bring to the boil over a low heat, stirring constantly until the fondue is smooth. Just before serving, stir the fondue well and add pepper, nutmeg or paprika to taste. Then quickly place the fondue pot on the stove. While eating, continue to stir the fondue with a fork and a piece of bread. Fondue is a complete meal suitable for both adults and children.
