Duty and VAT Exemption on Product Orders Up to €150
When you make a purchase, it’s essential to understand that the duty and VAT exemption applies to the total product value and does not include shipping costs. Here’s how it works:
- Duties and VAT Included: For product orders up to €150, all costs associated with duties and VAT are already included in the price you see on our website. This ensures that what you see is what you pay, without any hidden fees or additional charges upon delivery.
- Direct Delivery to Your Home: With our streamlined process, you can rest easy knowing that your package will be delivered directly to your doorstep. There’s no need for you to deal with complex customs procedures or additional paperwork.
This service is made possible due to our adherence to the European Union’s IOSS (One-Stop Shop) system. This innovative system allows us to manage VAT for online sales that are shipped to EU customers, ensuring a smoother and more efficient delivery process.
How It Works
When you’re on the checkout page, we recommend following these simple steps to ensure you benefit from the duty and VAT exemption:
- Check that the total value of the products in your cart does not exceed €150 (shipping costs are not taken into account in this calculation).
- Click on the “Click to continue” button to allow the system to automatically calculate the VAT.
- You can now proceed with the payment. The VAT will be automatically calculated based on your EU country. With this method, there will be no surprises upon delivery, and you won’t have to pay any extra fees at customs.
