Knorr curry sauce mix, ready in three minutes
The curry blend does the work here: coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and a little cayenne, at 14% of the sachet. Knorr curry sauce lands mild rather than fiery, which is why it suits a family table.
Tip the powder into 3dl of cold milk, bring it to a simmer and whisk for three minutes. That is it. Pour it over rice, spoon it beside veal or chicken, or use it to bring leftovers back to life. One sachet makes 3dl, enough for two to three plates.
