Morga vegetable stock, fat free and gluten free
Some days you want a stock that stays in the background. Morga vegetable stock contains no fat at all, so it seasons without weighing a dish down, and the flavour comes from parsley, celery, carrots, leek, parsnips and onions.
Two thirds of the agricultural ingredients are organically farmed, and the powder is vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. Stir a heaped teaspoon into 200ml of hot water for a quick bouillon, or use it dry to season soups, sauces and vegetables. The 500g tin keeps a long time in a cool, dry cupboard.
