Welcome to Swiss Food! We ship our products worldwide, direct from Switzerland — by tracked airmail and, for faster or premium deliveries, via courier services such as DPD, DHL and FedEx.
Shipping prices are automatically calculated based on your country and the products in your cart. You can see them on the cart and checkout pages.
Delivered or Refunded — our guarantee
Every parcel we ship is tracked and insured. You’re ordering from Switzerland, from a shop you may not know yet — we think the risk of that should be ours, not yours.
- If it doesn’t arrive — if your parcel hasn’t reached you within 45 working days from the dispatch date, or something goes wrong with the delivery, our guarantee applies: a full refund, or we ship your order again free of charge. Your choice. We handle the claim with the carrier ourselves.
- If it arrives damaged or melted — send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and choose a replacement or a refund of the affected products. We never ask you to ship food back to Switzerland.
- No customs surprises in the EU — for EU orders up to €150, VAT and duties are already included in the price you pay at checkout (IOSS). Nothing more to pay on delivery.
- No customs surprises in the USA — on USPS shipments to the United States the 15% import duty is already included. We pay it for you, so there is nothing to settle on delivery.
The guarantee doesn’t apply if the delivery address entered was incomplete or incorrect, if the parcel was refused or not collected from the pickup point within the carrier’s deadline, or if import duties in countries where they aren’t prepaid were left unpaid and the parcel was returned. In those cases we’ll still help you — we just can’t cover the cost.
Τύποι αποστολής
Tracked airmail (parcels up to 2Kg)
Small parcels travel by tracked airmail from Switzerland. You get a tracking number and can follow the parcel all the way to your address. Delivery is made without a signature, so the parcel can be left in your mailbox or at your door.
Tracked & signed parcels (over 2Kg)
Parcels over 2Kg are sent as fully tracked shipments that require a signature on delivery. This gives you confirmed proof of delivery — and if you’re not at home, the carrier leaves a notice so you can arrange redelivery or collect the parcel at a local pickup point.
Every shipment we send is tracked, whatever its weight. We discontinued untracked shipping so that every order is covered by our Delivered or Refunded guarantee.
DPD (Courier διαθέσιμο μόνο εντός της Ευρώπης):

Για επείγουσες παραδόσεις, προσφέρουμε υπηρεσίες αποστολής FedEx. DHL Express (Παγκόσμια αποστολή με παρακολούθηση):

Χρόνος προετοιμασίας
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2-3 εργάσιμες ημέρες, Monday to Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays.
For items on “backorder”, allow up to an additional 10 days for procurement. Larger orders may be split across several parcels for weight reasons — you pay shipping only once and receive a tracking number for each parcel. Please consider the preparation time together with the estimated shipping duration to gauge when your order will arrive. For any question about your order status, just contact us — a real person answers.
Παρακολούθηση αποστολών
Every order ships tracked — no exceptions. We no longer offer untracked shipping, so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse in Lodrino all the way to your door.
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us, and you can check its status at any time on our shipment tracking page.

Εισαγωγή και δασμοί
- Ταχυδρομικές αποστολές: Για τις αποστολές που πραγματοποιούνται μέσω ταχυδρομείου, οι δασμοί είναι γενικά ευθύνη του παραλήπτη και εξαρτώνται από τη χώρα προορισμού.

- Shipments to the USA (USPS): the 15% import duty is already included in the price you pay at checkout — we pay it on your behalf. Nothing to settle on delivery.
- DHL με DDP (Δασμός παράδοσης που καταβάλλεται)): Για αποστολές που πραγματοποιούνται μέσω DHL courier, παρέχουμε την επιλογή της υπηρεσίας Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) κατόπιν αιτήματος. Νομικές πληροφορίες
We are responsible for your parcel until it reaches you. If a tracked parcel is lost or damaged in transit, our Delivered or Refunded guarantee applies — a full refund or a free replacement, your choice.
Two things remain outside our control, and we prefer to be upfront about them. Import duties outside the EU are set by your country’s customs authority and are payable by you as the importer. Local import restrictions vary by country — please check that the products you order can legally enter yours. If a parcel is returned because duties were left unpaid or the shipment was refused, the return costs are deducted from any refund.
