Shipments weighing up to 2kg are sent as a small letterbox packaging.
Above 2Kg up to 20Kg will be sent as a parcel.
We also offer postal tracking for packages under 2Kg with a surcharge of 5 CHF. In this way the shipment is processed with Priority Plus tracked.

Packages normally ship within 24-72h from the time of purchase. The shipping date you see in the cart is estimated and shipping times may vary from country to country and other factors that are out of Swiss Food’s control.
Once you receive your track id we kindly ask you to be patient and monitor the status of your package.
All our parcels shipped with tracking are insured up to a maximum of 500 CHF (value of goods and shipping are included).
If a package is delayed we cannot expedite the shipping process.
Only after 30 days of waiting from the day of shipment can we contact the Swiss postal service to initiate an investigation, and only upon confirmation of the Swiss postal service situation can we issue a refund or resend.
If the package is not picked up, is returned, or rejected by the destination postal service, no shipping refund will be made.
As a buyer you are responsible for importing the products into your country. The importer must look at the laws of his country or inquire at the relevant offices to find out if there may be additional customs duties or other charges.
